Feedback survey for bank clients

Description:

Application for getting and managing surveys of bank clients. Developed for big international bank. Gera-IT team has rebuilt the core logic of the application and added number of functional features. Main goal is to collect feedbacks from clients on different aspects, like attitude to clients in different bank departments, client's thoughts about different bank programs etc. Admin side provides ability to manage surveys and analyze answers of the clients. Also it provides reach reporting functionality. Jasper Reporting was used to generate doc and excel reports with charts and diagrams.
